she's not really flexible, just really skinny.
i draw hands with a box first, the add on the didgets of the fingers one at a time then round off the edges and erase the guidelines. i also use my hands as references.

yeah i actually was going to shade her more, i started with her spine then decided i didn't want to risk more than i had already with the shading. so i kept the rest subtle and darkened the background.
